Cancel and update orders

In principle, as our products are sold on a pre-order basis, your deposit will be used for production. Orders placed through the official website will be automatically locked and enter the production process after 24 hours. We ask that customers carefully consider their purchase before placing an order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours, as this may result in significant losses. Please be advised. We may accept requests to modify orders on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, please contact us directly.
We will assess the feasibility of modifying or upgrading your order based on specific circumstances, such as the production stage at the time of your application. If we agree to provide upgrade services for your order (e.g., changing options or adding configurations), relevant arrangements will be made accordingly.
Please note that consumers typically have a 24-hour “cooling-off period,” but this regulation does not apply to custom products.

Doll Damage:

We strongly recommend that you take photos and videos of the exterior of the packaging box after receiving the doll but before opening it—especially if you notice any damage to the doll’s packaging. We will require you to provide proof of damage when submitting a claim or damage report. In such cases, please also contact us directly via email.
Please note that all our products are handcrafted. Therefore, minor imperfections such as casting residues or transportation friction marks are not considered damage. The presence of minor imperfections on your doll does not constitute a breach of contract.
