All taxes and customs clearance fees are included in the price shown on our website and taken care of by us when possible.

*For Norway, Austria, Canada, and a few other countries it is not possible to pay import charges upfront. Please send our friendly support team an email, when you are not sure about the customs clearance situation in your country. When we can’t clear the customs for you, we are happy to split the duty fees with you after you’ve sent us your commercial invoice.

All products are delivered in 100% discrete packaging.
Full private shipping box.

Delivery:

For all products, the pure shipping time is to be added to the production time. We will deliver at the setting time.

We use UPS and FedEx for all orders worldwide.
You receive a tracking ID for all orders.
After you’ve received a tracking number, you can contact the local courier inside your country to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
Inside UPS you can contact us to schedule a delivery date that suits you.

Delivery changes:

If you are not able to accept delivery on the day the tracking shows you, you can simply change it to another day that suits you better by contacting the courier directly via phone. We do not require you to leave your phone number when placing your order, but we strongly recommend that you give us your phone number for the shipping courier.
